CHICAGO, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Edwin Jacobson, President and CEO of Heartland Partners, L.P. (Amex: HTL) and Jim McPhail, Real Estate Manager of The Home Depot, announced Wednesday that Home Depot will build a store in Kinzie Station, Heartland's new residential development conveniently located across the river from downtown Chicago.
CMC Heartland Partners, LLP, a subsidiary of Heartland Partners, and Home Depot reached an agreement for the sale of more than three acres of land on Kinzie Street between Desplaines and Green Streets.
