CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY & TOTALIZATOR SYSTEMS, INC. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITSI) reported that revenues for the third quarter of 1999 were $1.24 million compared to $4.34 million last year. Net loss for the quarter was $1.14 million, or $0.19 per share, compared with a net income of $.12 million or $0.02 per share last year.
