HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Gov. Tom Ridge, Community and Economic Development Secretary Sam McCullough today announced the approval of 10 Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) loans, totaling nearly $7.9 million, to create and retain nearly 1,100 jobs in nine counties.
