DENVER, Nov. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Jato Communications Corp., a high-speed Internet access and applications company, today announced the appointment of 23-year telecommunications industry veteran Gerald Dinsmore to president and chief executive officer. Dinsmore joined the company in September as president and chief operating officer.
