SAN DIEGO, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- ENCAD, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENCD) today announced that it will appoint Oce-Australia Limited as the exclusive distributor of ENCAD wide-format digital printing solutions in Australia, effective December 1, 1999. The partnership, announced today by both companies, will strengthen ENCAD's position in the Australian market and build on its worldwide relationship with Oce N.V.
Under this unique partnership, Oce will set up an alternative channels group to distribute ENCAD-branded products through the existing ENCAD reseller network. Oce will also continue to sell its own Oce-branded ENCAD products through its traditional direct sales ...
