The San Francisco Giants today announced the renewal of its partnership with Tickets.com (Nasdaq:TIXX) for ticketing the Giants' new home, Pacific Bell Park, which will open in April 2000.
As part of this 10-year contract, Tickets.com will facilitate all Giants' ticket sales through its fully integrated ticket distribution system, including online Internet ticketing, phone sales, onsite Pacific Bell Park ticketing kiosks, Tickets.com's Bay Area retail centers, Giants Dugout Stores, automated telephone IVR system and the Giants Box Office.
