The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) announced today an exclusive agreement with ChoicePoint(TM) Inc. (CPS:NYSE), selecting the company as its sole-source provider of public record information for its asset forfeiture division. The DEA chose ChoicePoint after an exhaustive six-month review of four of the nation's top information providers.
