netLibrary(TM) (www.netLibrary.com), the world's premier eBook provider, today announced an agreement with Oxford University Press to offer a selection of the publisher's books digitally over the Internet.

Under the agreement, netLibrary will use its proprietary technologies to create and manage eBook versions of Oxford University Press academic and reference titles. The eBooks will be made available directly to libraries and their patrons over the Internet.
