BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999--
Suit was filed today in Federal District Court in Boston, Massachusetts alleging that various pocket-sized electronic organizers infringe a 1997 patent held by a small Ohio corporation, Khyber Technologies Corp. The patent, United States Patent No. 5,696,496, was issued on December 9, 1997.
The products alleged to infringe the Khyber patent are Casio's CASSIOPEIA(TM), Everex Systems' FREESTYLE(TM), Hewlett-Packard's JORNADA(TM), Philips Electronics' NINO(TM) and Uniden's UNIPRO(TM).
