OAK PARK, Ill., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Oak Park Hospital and the development partnership Partners '99 announced today they have received approval from the Village of Oak Park to proceed with a new medical office building adjacent to the hospital.
The building will feature 134,000 square feet of space for lease to primary and specialty physician practices. The building will be owned by Partners '99, which in turn is executing a 19-year master lease with Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center. Rush in turn will sublet space to 50-60 physician practices.
