1999 NOV 8 - (NewsRx.com) -- Polycations and cationic lipids enhance adenovirus-mediated transduction and transgene expression in tumor cells, researchers from the United States reported.
"Replication-deficient adenovirus vectors are efficient vehicles for delivering therapeutic genes into mammalian cells," wrote P.R. Clark and colleagues, University Arizona, Arizona Cancer Center.
