PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard Michael, President and CEO, American Kiosk Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: AKIS), the franchiser of Pizza Place drive-thru restaurants, announced that on December 8, the principles of Zero's Mr. Submarine and American Kiosk Corporation completed the signing of the closing documents in which American Kiosk purchased the assets of Zero's Mr. Submarine, Inc.
