(Nasdaq: NURM), a world-leading manufacturer of wide and superwide format digital printing systems, today announced the establishment of Stillachem S.A., a 50% owned subsidiary that will focus on the development and manufacture of specialized inks for piezo drop-on-demand digital printing systems.
Shortly after its incorporation, Stillachem, together with NUR Macroprinters, concluded an agreement with Techno-Ink Manufacturing Pty.
