Workflow Management, Inc. (Nasdaq:WORK) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, iGetSmart.com, Inc., has entered into a Software Application Service Agreement with Quebecor Printing, Inc. (NYSE:PRW) of Montreal, Canada.
Under the terms of the agreement, iGetSmart.com granted a non-exclusive license to Quebecor Printing to permit the international commercial printer the right to offer the proprietary GetSmartTM e-commerce system to its customers.
