MILWAUKEE, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Sybron International Corporation (NYSE: SYB) announced today that one of its dental units, Allesee Orthodontic Appliances, Inc. ("AOA"), has acquired Professional Positioners, Inc. ("Pro"), a manufacturer of orthodontic retainers and positioners. Pro's products range from functional orthopedic devices used at the beginning of orthodontic treatment to retainers and positioners which are used to hold teeth in the final occlusion after treatment. Pro's main facility is located in Racine, Wis., and AOA is located less than 10 miles away in Sturtevant, Wis. Pro also has operations in Connecticut and Washington state. AOA also manufactures ...
