PORTLAND, Ore., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- TSET, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TSET) is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement on the main terms for the acquisition of Atomic Soccer USA, Ltd. The parties expect to sign final documentation completing this acquisition shortly. Under the terms of the acquisition, TSET will acquire 100% of Atomic Soccer's shares in exchange for 1,000,000 shares of TSET's common stock and will be represented on Atomic Soccer's board of directors.
