McCartney's Cavern Club show will air on line

MCY.com, a New York-based digital music retailer, will be broadcasting, on the Internet, the highly publicized return of Paul McCartney to Liverpool's famous Cavern Club. The 150 tickets for McCartney's first Cavern Club performance since 1963 were the subject of a frenzied contest in England. This first cybercast of a McCartney concert will be available live today at 3 p.m. at MCY.com's digital music store at www.mcy.com. The Web cast also will be available on-demand for 18 hours after the event.
