Want to talk about winning big? One really big winner is Tara Lipinski, the youngest world figure skating champion in history and the winner of the 1998 Olympic Gold Medal in figure skating. Tara definitely knows about the hard work it took for her to become a winner, "But every teen goes through a lot of difficult experiences," said Tara when we spoke with her recently.
