SYDNEY, Dec 14 Asia Pulse - Solution 6 Ltd, an accounting software group, is set to add another strong to its bow, announcing plans to snap up online legal service Lawpoint Pty Ltd for $A40 million.
The deal, which remains subject to shareholder aproval, would also boost Lawpoint's 60 per cent shareholder Telstra Corp's stake in Solution 6 to about 18 per cent from its current 16 per cent.
Under the proposal, the purchase of Lawpoint, which provides online legal and corporate information to government databases Australia-wide, would be funded by cash and scrip.
