HOLYOKE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1999--
Officials of ISO New England Inc. today announced that Kathleen A. Carrigan has been named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective January 3, 2000. Ms. Carrigan will report to Philip J. Pellegrino, President and CEO.
According to Mr. Pellegrino, the recruitment and selection of Ms. Carrigan, following an extensive search, will further enhance ISO New England's core business objectives.
