Virgin Records America announced that it has entered into a worldwide agreement with Happy Walters and his Immortal Records label.
The agreement was announced jointly today by Ray Cooper and Ashley Newton, co-presidents, Virgin Records America, and Happy Walters, founder and CEO, Immortal Records.
The agreement brings the very successful Immortal label to Virgin Records. Among the initial releases from Immortal/Virgin will be: The Urge; Bare Jr.; and 30 Seconds to Mars.
