NPR Extends Service for the Public Radio Satellite System for 10
Years and Employs Additional Transponder for the Delivery of Public
Radio Programming
PanAmSat Corporation (Nasdaq:SPOT) today announced that National Public Radio(R) (NPR)(R), which operates the Public Radio Satellite System (PRSS), has extended its multi-transponder service at 99 degrees west longitude for another decade.
