SAN RAFAEL, Calif., Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Fair, Isaac and Company, Incorporated (NYSE: FIC) announced today the election of Margaret (Peggy) L. Taylor and Tony J. Christianson to its Board of Directors. The company also announced the resignation from the Board of Larry Rosenberger. Rosenberger, who had been CEO of Fair, Isaac since 1991, is remaining with the company to head its R&D efforts. With these changes, Fair, Isaac's Board totals 10 members, including new CEO Tom Grudnowski. His appointment to Fair, Isaac's Board was effective December 2, 1999.
