PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Access, Inc., a multi-media digital communications company, today announced a $1.3 billion investment to build and operate in four U.S. markets a high quality, digital fiber optic broadband network offering a combination of services including telephone, video and data.
Digital Access will begin building its convergence broadband networks in and around the communities of Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee and Nashville early next year.
