WASHINGTON, Dec. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- In its new report, European Internet User Trends: 1999, The Strategis Group finds that nearly one in four Internet users in Britain and France are likely to switch Internet service providers (ISPs), although German users exhibited lower churn potential. High costs of service, resulting from phone charges for time spent online, make for an expensive Internet bill and users are seeking ISPs which offer lower or no Internet access fees.
