New Jet Service is Another Move Towards GBI's Renaissance
NEW YORK, Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans World Airlines (Amex: TWA) and Grand Bahama Island today launched New York's only non-stop jet service to Grand Bahama International Airport, Freeport. TWA now offers non-stop MD-83 service from New York's LaGuardia Airport every day Thursday through Monday. The new service affords New York area residents a quick, 2-1/2-hour non-stop flight to one of the Caribbean's top destinations.
