Washington -- The World Bank Board of Directors yesterday discussed the International Development Agency and International Finance Corporation assistance strategy for Honduras for the next three years.

The Honduras Country Assistance Strategy was prepared in close consultation with the Government of Honduras and with civil society, and provides a revised framework for the World Bank Group's assistance to Honduras in light of the devastating effects of Hurricane Mitch.
