GS Telecom, Limited (OTC/BB:GARD) today announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with World Innovations Netcomm Services, Inc., creator of the Asset Transfer Teleminute Manager (ATTM) technology, to provide the ATTM Card to millions of credit and Internet users worldwide.
