CALGARY, Dec. 20 /CNW-PRN/ - (Nasdaq NM: TCLPZ) - TC PipeLines, LP announced today that Northern Border Pipeline Company, of which TC PipeLines holds a 30 percent general partner interest, has filed an amendment to the application for its Project 2000 facilities currently on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The amendment conforms to the Statement of Policy issued by the FERC on September 15, 1999, in that the revised project is structured without requiring subsidy from existing customers.
