(Nasdaq: GOAL) announced today that its board of directors has determined that it will continue to seek a qualified buyer for the Company's sports-related businesses, the Denver Nuggets, the Colorado Avalanche and the Pepsi Center. Allen & Company Incorporated and Wasserstein Perella & Co. will continue to represent the company in the sale process. As announced on December 1, 1999, Ascent terminated its agreement to sell these businesses to The Sturm Group, an entity controlled by Donald L.
