Don't expect instant savings when implementing Medicaid managed care Public health systems implementing Medicaid managed care programs shouldn't expect too much too soon, according to a report recently developed by the Center for Health Care Strategies, Inc. about efforts to create a Medicaid managed care system in San Antonio, Texas.
