CHICAGO, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- As announced at a Washington, D.C. press conference last week, the American Coalition for Fathers and Children (ACFC) has retained Jeffery Leving, noted Chicago Father's Rights and Family Law attorney, to contact the father of Elian Gonzalez and offer assistance in his quest to be reunited with his son.
