MARKS ON THE WALL
German Ambassador Jurgen Chrobog remembers clearly the faces of East Germans who poured into the West after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
He also remembers the role played by Americans, especially James A. Baker III, who was secretary of state when the wall fell 10 years ago.
Mr. Chrobog and Mr. Baker helped dedicate a freedom memorial featuring sections of the wall that now are on permanent display at the Freedom Forum in Arlington.
