"Grown-ups don't know anything and they certainly don't know what it's like to be in school."
At least that is what ABC News correspondent Ann Compton's four teen-agers tell her. Compton and a panel from a Los Angeles inner-city school that brought itself from the brink of disaster to a model for inner city education shed light on creating "safe places and success stories for America's youth" in a general session at the Congress of Cities.
