Sega(R) of America announced today that its parent company in Japan, Sega Enterprises, Ltd., has signed a peripheral manufacturing licensing partnership with GTR Group's Mad Catz Division for the 128-bit, Internet-ready Sega Dreamcast(TM) videogame console. Sega has licensed its technology to Mad Catz accessories division, allowing them to design, manufacture and market licensed peripherals for the system TIME Digital magazine has called "Machine of the Year."
