LANSING, Mich., Dec. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Today in Wayne County Circuit Court, attorneys representing the Michigan Chamber of Commerce will file a request to submit an amicus brief in opposition to a lawsuit eight units of local government (Wayne County, City of Detroit, Oakland County, Macomb County, City of Livonia, City of Taylor, and Van Buren Charter Township) have filed against the State of Michigan.
