When revamping training programs, managers should consider the option of outsourcing.
It is common practice for top corporations to provide employees with anywhere from 30 to 100 hours of training every year. However, managers who deal with frontline employees are often unsatisfied with the return on the company's training investment. Whether training is conducted to enhance skills, teach procedures, or ensure security, a company can make a training program more productive by making a serious commitment to develop a strong training function.
