Dear Joyce; I was inspired by the November issue of Fast Company magazine with an article about a handful of people who "reinvented themselves" by totally changing their careers. Change worked for them. What has been your experience with career-changing readers?

Not quite so cheery as the Fast Company article portrays. The two biggest reasons why career changes fail are money and work issues.
