SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 3 (UPI)
North Korea, which is taking strong steps to revitalize its faltering economy, has urged its people to join newly launched campaign to work harder to build the country into an economic power.
In a public rally of ``Frontrunner of the Second Grand Chollima March,'' Prime Minister Hong Song-nam called on North Koreans to ``devote their every energy'' to realize the country's plan to turn itself into a strong and prosperous nation, or a Kangsong Taeguk.
