MIAMI, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Andean Development Corporation (Nasdaq: ADCC) announced today a major reorganization of the company and appointed Pedro P. Errazuriz as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Errazuriz had been the company's Chairman since May, 1998. The Board of Directors also announced the reorganization of the company into three separate business units to better reflect its new strategic focus. Operations in Spain, which include C.E. Consonni S. A. and ECESA, will be headed by Mauricio De La Barra, former CEO and CFO of Andean Development. Mr. De La Barra will now be CEO and CFO of C.E. Consonni S.A. and ECESA effective February 15, 2000.
