(eVision or the Company) (OTCBB: EVIS) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire 60% of the outstanding common shares of Gemtron International Global Ltd., to be renamed SkyHub Far East, Inc. (SkyHub), through a stock swap involving $3 million of eVision common shares.
