Massachusetts real estate license holders can earn six continuing education credits, and their New Hampshire counterparts may earn state-mandated elective credits by completing courses offered by the Northeast Association of Realtors and the Kathy Roosa School of Real Estate on Jan. 7 and 14 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at NEAR headquarters in Chelmsford.
Courses offered include the four core courses - Fair Housing and the Americans With Disabilities Act, Real Estate Laws and Regulations, Agency and Environmental Law and Regulations - and two electives - Buyer Agency and Contract Law.
