The worldwide accounting firm Arthur Andersen L.L.P. plans to establish a major Internet development center in Ann Arbor.
The center will be led by a longtime Ann Arbor Internet pioneer, Gary Baker, who is now a consultant in Andersen's Ann Arbor office.
Baker said the center would have between 20 and 60 Internet developers initially, ``depending on how many we can find.''
Baker said the center would ``do a good share of the Internet development that Andersen is responsible for all over the world.''
