Siedenberg and Hoffmann's Ukraine at the Crossroads is comprised of 21 studies of different aspects of the Ukrainian economy with prefaces by the Chairman of the Ukrainian National Bank, Victor Yushchenko, and by Theo Waigel, former finance minister of Germany. The editors provide an overview of the studies in a brief introduction. These studies summarize the research of the German Advisory Group, which is in its fourth year of providing intellectual assistance to Ukraine.
