Q. Everyone suggests using melatonin to help combat jet lag. Does it work?
A. That's still up for debate. In recent years, melatonin has indeed become popular as a remedy for the unpleasant symptoms of jet lag, like daytime sleepiness and trouble falling and staying asleep.
