Article: Wants to clear way for convention center.(Business)

For the first time in its push to make room for the mammoth $700 million South Boston Convention Center, the Boston Redevelopment Authority moved to evict a landowner this week in order to keep on a strict demolition schedule.

But after 20 years in the fish business, John Wojtasinski says he'll take the city to court rather than vacate his fish processing plant by Jan. 24.

Wojtasinski, whose family has been in the business for 50 years, says he doesn't want to get in the way of the convention hall, considered a key to future economic development in the area.
