DETROIT, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- The first J.D. Power and Associates Navigation Usage and Satisfaction Study late last year ranked DENSO's factory- installed navigation system for vehicles highest in customer satisfaction.
Of the 10 navigation systems evaluated by U.S. consumers, the study found that DENSO's strong performance was a result of its ability to satisfy consumer requirements for route information accuracy, processing speed and making the system easy to use.
The study included more than 3,000 consumers who purchased or leased vehicles with a factory-installed navigation system last year.
