KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 18 Asia Pulse - Kuala Lumpur is likely to have more than nine million square metres of office space by 2004 if all the projects under construction and in the pipeline are completed by then, said valuer and real estate agent Raine & Horne International Zaki & Partners Sdn Bhd.

In its "Millennium Property Market Report" released here Tuesday, Raine & Horne said approximately 570,000 square metres of new purpose-built office space would hit Kuala Lumpur's property market in 1999 and another 440,000 square metres would be completed this year.
