1998/1999 HMO/POS Index by State
The following geographical index of health maintenance organizations and point-of-service plans lists organizations that appear in the 1998/1999 Directory of Managed Care Providers according to the states in which they provide services.
Each organization listed responded to a survey and supplied, among other information, a list of the states in which it provides HMO and/or POS services. A full listing for each company appears in the preceding pages of the directory, beginning on page 2.
