PETERSBURG, Fla., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Oerlikon-Buhrle Holding AG today announced, in connection with its tender offer for all the outstanding shares of common stock of Plasma-Therm, Inc. (Nasdaq: PTIS), that it will extend the expiration date for its tender offer. The tender offer is extended until 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on January 27, 2000, unless extended further. The tender offer had been scheduled to expire at 12:00 midnight, New York City time, on January 25, 2000.
